Responsibility:
Responsible for Safety management, monthly reporting and use of safety equipments, follow up the safety Program with Saudi Aramco rules and regulations for all projects. Responsible for 25 qualified/semi-qualified staff in Shaybah NGL Project.
Duties • Safety precaution during welding, cutting, Hydro pressure testing, safety precaution of confined space entry, carry out inspection and maintenance of fire fighting equipment breathing apparatus, rescue equipment’s survey of lifting equipment, first aid treatment.
• Monitoring of safety performances emergency procedure and work permit procedure.
• Ensuring person, equipment & material are safe for each activity.
• Hazard identification & control.
• Ensuring competent persons for each activity.
• Monitoring of mechanical construction activities at high elevations.
• Implementing Heath Safety Management Systems, Training, Auditing and reviewing Weekly walk through.
• Emergency procedures & review evacuation plan.
• Communication/coaching skills, along with an ability to assess competency skills of field based staff.
• Planning & initiative to achieve HSE objectives and targets.
• Initiative to resolve potential problems within the team.
• Supervision, monitoring & implementation safety procedures.
