Order wise profit & loss analysis and find out the reason for Loss if any.
To measure efficiency of production, downtime analysis & System line efficiency.
Prepare Hall wise, Section wise, & Employee wise Efficiency Report.
Per Unit costing for all Utilities like, Generator, RO Plant, Etc.
Development of KPI, s with coordination with GM and Director for all Factory Department Heads & also Quarterly Review of KPIs and reporting to Director.
Co-ordination with auditor: Assuring compliance with predetermined audit policies and procedures, Monthly and annual Stock take.
To ensure the implementation of ERP system and involvement in future developments as per the needs of the company.
Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports and all accounting and finance matters which will be assigned by Chief Financial Officer.
