 To supervise costing department activities, build controls and arrange meeting to discuss the gaps.
 Coordinate and help all the departments in factory for preparing Budgets.
 To prepare managerial reports and presentations on business performance.
 Ensure the accuracy of raw material balances in system and submit movement of raw material to manager. Also check average movement of raw material.
 To furnish information regarding the cost of manufacturing of finished goods which assist management in making a decision whether to outsource or produce them in factory.
 To provide pre-costing of any order to help management to quote compatible prices in the projects.
 Analyzing variance in standards which helps out in finding the reasons for excess cost incurred on the job.
 Prepare scrap reports and analyse actual vs Standards Scrap.
 Order wise profit & loss analysis and find out the reason for Loss if any.
 To measure efficiency of production, downtime analysis & System line efficiency.
 Prepare Hall wise, Section wise, & Employee wise Efficiency Report.
 Per Unit costing for all Utilities like, Generator, RO Plant, Etc.
 Development of KPI, s with coordination with GM and Director for all Factory Department Heads & also Quarterly Review of KPIs and reporting to Director.
 Co-ordination with auditor: Assuring compliance with predetermined audit policies and procedures, Monthly and annual Stock take.
 To ensure the implementation of ERP system and involvement in future developments as per the needs of the company.
 Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports and all accounting and finance matters which will be assigned by Chief Financial Officer.
