ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Service, Repair & Testing of Control valves, ESDV (Flowserve, Masoneilan, Fisher, ABB Kent, Nuovo Pignone, Serck Audco, Orbit Valves etc)
2. Servicing& Testing of X-tree valves.(FMC, Cameron, Vetco gray Barbera, WOM, Halliburton etc)
3. Repair and testing of BOP(Blow out preventer) and IBOP
4. Repair and testing on Choke valves.(Masterflo, Cameron willis, Vonk Choke valve, Hopkinsons, AB-JC Choke etc
5. Trouble shooting and Calibration of control valves(Masoneilan SVI II, FIELD BUS etc)
6. Repair and testing on Pilot operated & Conventional safety valves (DRESSER CONSOLIDATED, SARASIN, CROSBY, NUOVA, TECHNICAL PARTS, SWAGELOK ETC)
7. Installing &calibration of FIELD BUS POSITIONER, SVI II etc. on different make actuator linear & rotary.
8. On line servicing, orientation & calibration of different make control valve
9. Calibration and troubleshooting of valves and transmitters via ValVue FF software, PRM ValVue HART software, NI fieldbus and Hart communicator software, PACTWARE software etc.
• B.Tech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Co-operative Institute Of Technology Vadakara, affiliated to Cusat University, Kochi Kerala in July 2012 62% • +2 Passed with, First class 75% from NAMHSS affiliated to HS Board, Kerala in May 2007
