• Job Description :
• Assist in developing the Project Quality Plan.
• Monitor the implementation of Project Quality Plan through regular audits and reviews.
• Monitor and report on compliance and nonconformities and maintain relevant records.
• Promotes Quality Awareness among project team members, contractors and sub Contractors.
• Supervise and monitor the Project QA/QC Engineers assigned to the project.
• Follow up on action items and maintain status register.
• Prepare monthly quality report

Work Description:
•Inspect the civil and architectural components of the project.
•Performs quality assurance and quality control on all works and materials through daily construction observation and inspection.
•Ensure that the executed works are carried out according to the Contract Specification, method of statement, manufacturers instruction and approve inspection and test procedure.
•Conducts regular project Walk-thru together with the Site Engineer to check on the progress of works and spot potential problems in terms of civil and architectural make-up.
•Issues corresponding Notices to comply for each non-conformance discovered as to be complied weekly and monthly for endorsement to the QA/QC Manager as to be included in the monthly project update.
•Reviews and sign all inspection forms submitted by the site engineers prior to submitting to consultant.
•Witness material and product testing and validate test result.
•Maintaining comprehensive inspection and test records for any future reference and documentation.
•Attend weekly Quality meeting.
