I executed construction manager duty in Kizilay-Cayyolu Metro Project as COMSA S.A.(Spanish) - ACILIM JV’s personnel. The project consists of all remained civil works, architectural works, rail works, electro-mechanical works of 12 stations and 33 km track length.

I prepared all construction tender offers which we intended to participate both in Turkey and
abroad. I leaded my team to prepare technical offer and to calculate financial offer. I have well
experienced especially in Turkish Public Procurement Legislation and cost of the projects. I
changed my position in the company to be involved in the Metro Project as the construction
manager.

I executed all phases of the construction projects since tender stage to final acceptance as
working in the head office. I carried out the negotiations with clients, subcontractors and
suppliers and enabled the required organization to execute the construction. Besides, I
prepared the cost of the tenders for our offer and presented them to the management board.

I calculated cost of the tenders. Most of the tenders were in international category. I analysed
all items in the projects and derived their minimum rational costs. I also prepared construction
schedules and method of statement for some tenders.

I executed progress payment and final calculation engineering duty in Technical Office. Our

I executed field engineering duty in USA Airbase under US Corps of Engineers control. We
constructed runway and apron sites and also airfield navigation and lighting system of the
military airbase.

I executed connectivity duty between client and our technical team. I realized all necessary
actions to correct drawings and technical specifications. I also monitored and corrected the
progress payments of the contractors which worked under our consultancy.
