Attending to Inspection Requests submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner.
• Reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practices.
• Reporting any works (MEP, Infra, STP) carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.
• Monitoring quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments.
• Maintaining records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
• Preparing surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non-conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
• Checking and ensuring effective coordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.
• Providing technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.
• Conduct MEP Inspections and submit detailed report to HIA authority.
• Analyze information on assets and maintenance schedule.
• Analyze the available documentation about the system itself (manufacturer information, maintenance History, Conduct a thorough inspection of the HVAC plant and equipment to look at physical factors affecting energy consumption.
• Conduct an interior “walk through” of the building to examine relevant factors, as well as an exterior “walk-around” to look at outdoor factors that might affect energy consumption. Come up with specific recommendations for action based on the results of the audit/Inspection.
• To find out where the HVAC system is operating efficiently through performance tests and take the necessary steps to fix it based on the particular nature and needs of the building and business
• Conduct inspections of completed MEP installation. Responsible for supervising & checking specifications and provide comments.
• Review Drawings. Conduct weekly meetings with inspectors and Project Engineer. Monitor contractor QA/QC activities and maintain records.
• Ensuring the application of test plans. Oversee Installation of AHU, FCU, Chilled water pipelines, sewage, firefighting, smoke extraction fans, storm water, wastewater & Drainage, Flood alleviation, waste water network & water distribution network, surface and groundwater networks.
• Ensuring that responses are complete and in compliance with the contract documents. Where problems are found, work with Project Engineer to resolve.
• Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submitted plans. Assist to identify, respond to or evaluate technical issues to maintain the schedule
• Performed Installation, Inspection & Testing for HVAC Duct, Piping (Chilled Water/Water supply and sewage) & Fire Protection Systems in NORTH RED LINE METRO - QATAR Middle East, AL-Bidda, Corniche Station, and West Bay Station. Ensure the construction teams follow specifications.
• Team management and completion of work as per schedule by strictly following the safety and quality procedures. Supervised 300 people team.
• Delivering the vision of clients. Prepare closeout documentation. Participate in feasibility studies and site investigations.
• Overall Quality Control project responsibilities such as inspection and co-ordinations with client/sub- contractors for project installation, design and also welding activities.
• ITP and Quality Plans. Monitoring and supporting the Operation & Maintenance activities during O&M period. Writing report.
• Oversee Installation of AHU, FCU, Chilled water pipelines, sewage, firefighting, smoke extraction fans. Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system and KPI. Being a part of commissioning team duct leakage rectification (SMACNA Test).

• Arranging inspection. Monitoring of sub- contractors and making sure job is completed within time.
• Making sure Method statement and risk assessments and safety procedures are followed and completion of work.
• Team management, ability to adapt Produce project management and control plan to deliver to time scale. Co-ordinate with subcontractors in the completion of firefighting systems (NFPA 13, NFPA 20).
• Raising inspection and clearing tests. Managing sub-Contractors. Follow up for clearing snag lists of systems.
• To coordinate with contractors in area of specialty, ensuring the contractor performs diligently all obligations under the contract.
• Monitoring all activities on site associated with MEP scheme to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Perform routine surveillance, inspection, monitoring & assurance of Contractor’s site activities in accordance with the Projects specifications.
• Monitoring and supporting the Operation & Maintenance activities during O&M period. Oversee Installation, Operation & Maintenance to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.
• Interface with Engineering and Installation to ensure installations of products are in accordance with approved data & provide technical support to supervisors.
• Performed Installation, Inspection & Testing for Vertical Pumping, Centrifugal Pumps, Sump Pumps, Fire Pumps, Heaters, Chillers, GRP Tanks.
• Follow up of client requirements. Installation of water heaters and boilers (AO Smith), pumping (WILO) and regular maintenance.
• Selection of Pumping and heaters as per client requirements. Prepare tabulation analysis of database prior to meeting with subcontractor consultant.
• Improvise checklist & forms to create better traceability and more detailed summary retrieval.
• Worked as site engineer in NDIA (NEW DOHA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT) RISE AND SHINE (SUBCONTRACTORS OF ANEL IN CP-18.).
• Preparation of material submittals, weekly & daily reports for the projects. Ability to work well in team environment for Consultants and co-engineer.
