As an employee I would say, This company will pay me a salary,definitely expect a return.The more value I can contribute the better will be my status in the country. My actions in the workplace can create measurable positive outcomes so I would say that I will do my best to focus company's policies and practices,its vision and would try my level best to achieve the mission. I have been very positive throughout my professional career,acted positively in all the conditions, Improved efficiency of my work,problem solving and prevented my self and my company from future problems. I would remain enthusiastic and positive in my future course of actions because I believe that I am self motivated and can easily adjust into any system .
