1.Hygiene, cleanliness, sanitation, pest control and others functions are applied properly. 2.Checked raw ingredients for maturity
stability, processing finished products for safety and quality. 3.Verify the lab report by on line sample verification and production
process verification basis on QMS and SOP. 4.Monitor and operations to ensure that they meet production standards. 5.Prepare
different reagents and solution for laboratory analysis and ensure their strength. 6.Check and record the routine factory hygiene and
GMP. 7.To maintain and query about floor sanitation and personal hygiene and pest control. 8.To maintain lab related all documents.
9.To check finish goods with sensory evaluation test, physical test to ensure final products quality. 10.To organize quality awareness
briefing at production floor. 11.Online Monitoring, inspection and test data report and recording. 12.Test a certain percentage of all the
products based on industry standards. 13.Ensure the online products quality.
Ensure all products are packed safely and efficiently and maintain a sanitary environment which meets all food safety regulations.
