• Responsible for marketing, merchandising & promotion to increase sales volume month on month of all Reliance owned and franchises retail stores.
• Responsible for all Reliance all product line including GSM & CDMA post paid Voice & Data, Pre paid voice & data, Handset and FWP, recharge voucher and STV’ etc & broadband services available at Reliance world which includes video conferences & digital services.
• To recruit, train, motivate, discipline, assign and then evaluate work of the direct reporters.
• Plan & implement attractive promotions to increase walk-ins for stores.
• Design attractive merchandising, Product display, promotional material to increase visibility
• Review & Monitor out come of each marketing activates and implement changes as required
• Revenue target includes the prepaid recharge and post paid incremental revenue
• Responsible for the productivity of each store for the profitability as profit centres head.
• Responsible for all operations including marketing, merchandising & promotion to increase sales volume month on month of all Reliance owned (4 ) and franchises (12 )retail stores.
• Responsible for all Reliance all product line including post paid Voice & Data, Pre paid voice & data, Handset and FWP, recharge voucher and STV’ etc & broadband services available at Reliance world which includes video conferences & digital services.
• Responsible for hiring and training new staff. ( 5 store manager- 5 tram lead 45 FSD, 12 cashier and 12 operation executive )
• Designed attractive plans to increase profit and traffic.
• Done other duties such as merchandising, customer service, buying etc.
• Responsible for primary, secondary & tertiary target of handsets & data card.
• Revenue target includes the prepaid recharge and post paid incremental revenue.
• Responsible for the productivity of each store for the profitability as profit centres head.
I have done my post graduate degree in marketing from Unversity of Western sydeny, Australia. I have studied Internationa marketing, finance management, Consumer behaviour with Major in Marketing management.
