➢ Provide an excellent service to all customers.
➢ Assist and entertain all guests in all their queries.

➢ Checking of all items in display if still in good condition.
➢ Making order or requesting needed items.
➢ Making nice display which is suitable and attractive for customer.
➢ Provide and other guests required information on other products and do upselling.
➢ Physical monthly inventory to avoid short items.
➢ Daily sold quantity replenishment follow up and highlighting the stocks variance in the excel sheets.
➢ To give accurate information about all the products
➢ Consider the needs of customer at all time
➢ Leads by example an all aspects of customer service.
➢ Actively seeks ways to achieve or exceed shop sale target
