• Accountable for day to day warehousing & packaging operations for Saudi and foreign flights and getting information from the customer and flash the same to in house department
• Responsible for handling the record of dispatch material as per destination, by particular transport with proper documentation.
• Made a CDN (Catering Delivery Note) for all Saudi and foreign flights and handling the customer complaint as per company standard.
• Interfaced & liaised with planning & materials department for monitoring of day to day activities of excise and stores and dispatches for timely supply to the customer.
• Made daily operation (sales) report for Saudi flights and foreign flights and organizing all documentation of files for audit purpose.
• Advised subordinates about packing, loading, preparation of invoices and all the related documents necessary for final dispatch. Ensured timely compliances in respect of dispatch & receiving.
• Maintained databases of customers, maintaining records of sales & dispatches while ensuring proper system of filing of documents as per ISO.
• Sustained regular follow up with the suppliers to ensure deliveries within defined schedules.

Service Representative

• Handled Saudi Arabian flights onboard, briefed the cabin crew about the menu and gave a complete handover to the flight supervisor about the load & special meals.
• Responsible for establishing and control the standards of food quality & procedures in preparation as per HACCP, ISO & other international norms.
• Drew up plan to ensure that hygiene standards as laid down by the Company, Airlines and the public health authorities are strictly adhered to at all times along with the policies which is related to flight catering like glass policy, peanut policy, foreign object policy etc.
• Maintained high standard in food handling area a law given by the various food institutions like BSI, ISI ETC
• Led the efforts across ensuring staff adhere to food hygiene, Health and Safety and Licensing Regulations in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
• Closely monitored all the aspects of equipment and dry store provisions to ensure airline specifications in terms of packing the equipment as required for the crew on the aircraft.
• Led & guided the team to ensure that all the equipment crockery, cutlery & other necessary items required by the crew are available at right place by adhering to rotation rules to ensure perfections.
• Handled management of facilities/infrastructure to ensure cost effective workability.
• Deftly implemented cost rationalization measures to maintain overall competitiveness.
• Handled out menus, answering questions on the guest feedbacks, accounting of Meal wastage and checked the Par stock levels on weekly basis before accounting on fresh requisitions. Recorded data entry to monitor all the routable items.
• Effectively handled the catering liquor bond for all the international flights of the jet fleet.
• Assisted the sales team in station wise CPP (Cost Per Pax) and CPM (Cost per Meal) to adhere to the cost level analysis. Maintained the records about the flight for billing purposes.
