• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential clients by coordinating professional meeting, attending promotional events and providing effective administrative support. • Handles the most important key accounts in the company. • Responsible for the accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices to our clients. • Process inquires by phone, fax, email and personal visits in relation to company business. • Meet the clients to discuss their requirements (understanding the nature of products needed, negotiating the terms of purchasing, advising optimal solutions regarding materials and technologies). • Solve complaints and problems by liaising with the other staff and the client. • Support and assist the sales team in attaining sales targets. • Provide sales & administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements. • Preparing sales reports, sales order status, sales agreement, in-time proposals and presentations. • Communicate and coordinate with the other internal department such as Estimation, Prepress, Production, Post-press, Logistics and Accounts in order to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the company services to clients. • Monitor printing, production and delivery process of the Jobs. • Maintain records of Job orders, Delivery orders, LPOs for the Billing process and follow up the payments. • Maintain inventory of the regular supply of contracted products to the clients and place the orders for printing of the short items in order to maintain the stock. • Obtain client’s approval for any given printing jobs and take care of the trapping of Digital file for output by the graphic designer to proceed the final production. • Communicate with eligible candidates for interviews. • Prepare the supporting documents such as packing list, Certificate of Origin etc. required for the shipment of the printed materials to other GCC markets. • In charge of the certification audit of Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2000 by TUV Rheinland
