sewerage system including sewage pumping stations and sewage treatment plant; stormwater drainage system including
gravity collection system and retention structures; potable water system including storage, pumping, metering, and
distribution; and optional backup potable water system; irrigation system including storage, pumping and distribution;
fire water system including storage, pumping and distribution; chilled water reticulation system; power distribution
system; communication and security system containment; street, parking lot, and main parade area lighting, Soft and
Hard Landscaping works, Tie in points to existing services. And, Training village, Main Car Park, Sports Facilities and
running track, Correctional facilities, Camp-wide IT and Security System, Watch towers, Wind Tunnel and Boundary Wall.
2. Commercial of G+23 floors - 250 million QAR
Scope of Works covered:
Site reclamation and new G+23 residential tower with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, soft and hard landscaping, MEP works,
Swimming pool, installation of residential furniture including home appliances, and interior fit-out works.
3. Project), Jordan and KSA Pavilions - 250 million QAR

installation of patient care system, including bed head, and supply of oxygen.

• Prepared the tender documents, including BOQs, Pricing Preambles
• Prepared Tender report and recommended procurement routes to the Client
• Ensured that the requirements of the Contract documents were implemented and maintained throughout the
Contract period.
