MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Spectrum of my responsibilities included:
• Taking care of the work floor, as in the proper merchandising of products & observing the sales graph.
• Proper ordering of the merchandize keeping in view the mobility of the product. Ordering to be handled with extreme care in order to avoid overstocking or under stocking.
• Constant movement of the merchandize in order to enhance the sales figures.
• Guide the team and boost their motivation which is indeed a key factor to enhance their abilities and enthusiasm.
• Keeping track of the in hand stock, its movements in terms of sales.
• Even conducted motivational sessions for the team to boost up their motivation and impart job knowledge, also resolved their queries related to work.
• System Application Products (SAP) End user.
• Data Entering, Billing, & Maintenance of Accounts.
• Expense controlling & budgeting & logistics works
