• Manage TR accounts to achieve targets
• Develop a product line that is competitive in Travel Retail Market.
• Identify new segment of products to increase sales.

• Identify potential partners, and the decision makers within the organizations.

• Visit shop floor and manage day to day operations
• Participate in pricing the proposition to the customers.
• Making sure receivables are kept up-to-date for all key accounts.
• Make necessary investment decisions that will provide adequate ROI.
• Present to and consult the Managing Director on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiates.
• Leading a team of Sales Merchandisers across Duty Frees. (Hiring/ Training/ Promoting/ Creating SOP/ Evaluating etc
• Directly looking after the Key Accounts- forecast purchase orders and manage overall operations
• Managing sales of +2.5 million AED per month in Travel Retail markets.
• Directly looking after the Key Accounts.
• Planned and executed all Promotional and Marketing campaigns
• Handle major hotel clients such as Jumeirah Group, Atlantis the Palm, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Emirates Palace etc.

• Made the Brand Bateel the number 1 Delicatessen Brand in each Duty Free we entered
• Increased sales year on year even through economic downfalls.
• Opened, grew business and kept very strong relationships with the following Duty Frees/operators:
o Dubai Duty Free

o Flemingo International (Indian and Africa Markets)

• Operate as the major contact point for any and all matters specific to my HORECA and Corporate Customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting Corporate and HORECA customer relationship
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to the customer needs and objectives
• Identify growth opportunities within UAE Hotels and Corporates and ensure growth attainment
• Coordinate with marketing department to customize and execute Corporate Sales.
• Prospect new clients via cold-calling, direct mail, email and networking events.
• Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts.
• Work with the sales coordinator, warehouse and logistics to process all purchase orders
• Follow up and resolve any Sales complaints with operational departments.
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity
