• Operate and monitor all systems within the control room in an efficient manner ensuring that all work is undertaken in compliance with security operating procedure.
• Conduct regular checks on all field officers to assure they are alert and carrying out their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Identify suspicious persons, actions and incidents maintaining video, digital and written records and making verbal reports.
• Patrolling the hospital premises and identifying suspicious activity.
• Ensuring that the security arrangements in the hospital like computers, alarm systems and close circuit cameras are functioning properly.
• Interact with hospital staff of all divisions with special emphasis on drug storage areas, infant care units, ward for mentally ill patients and trauma care
• In case of fire or bomb threats, taking charge of evacuating the hospital.
• Forming a liaison between the hospital and law enforcement agency.
• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Patrol University premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas.
• Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
• Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
• Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.
• Locate and notify customers of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits in order to solicit payment.
• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to determine reasons for overdue payments and to review the terms of sales, service, or credit contracts.
• Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• Entry/Exit access point control
• Complete inspection for illegal incoming material and/or people
• Complete inspection to ensure removal of any property from site
• Maintain the project badge/access system
