Working within the contracts team in a busy HR shared services division. Initially hired as a temp for extra resource needed for a global project.
•Drafting and issuing contracts for new starters, promotions and secondments
•Preparing and sending out new starter packs
•Following up on contracts that require signing and returning to People Services
•Employee and pay administration data input into Oracle HRMS
•Advising on and dealing with contractual and pay queries through the workflow management system
•Identifying and escalating issues to team leader or relevant department
Acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers who seek advice and guidance on HR policies and addressing queries relating to benefits,
•Answering inbound calls
•Guiding employees to where information can be found
•Escalating more complex queries to the relevant department
Based in a busy store, delivering a high level of customer service in a friendly and helpful manner. Responsible for dealing with stock, providing support in other sections of the store and working as part of a team to achieve the stores' sales targets.
Responsibilities:
•Keeping track of top selling lines and feeding back to line manager
•Dealing with customer queries or complaints
•Processing till transactions
