Project coordination :( for Saudi Telecommunication Company project in access department (million
ADSL lines):
My responsibilities:
Following with Implementation teams the last update and make sales forecast.
Preparing and sending the status progress report.
Attending sales forecast meeting weekly basis.
Sending report to the higher management contains all milestones in the project.
Helping in troubleshooting all technical problems and coordinate with Operations and maintenance department to solve complicated one.
Coordinate with all functional managers to achieve my project.
Communicate with all project teams to solve all facing problems.
Making documentation contains the lessons learned for the work already done in the project.
Attending weekly meeting with the project team to monitor and control the progress.
Arrange with the customer to get the PAC
Interface with the contract administration and procurement team to finalize the purchasing procedures.
Follow the finance procedures related to my project effectively to make all invoices needed.
Take the lead for project closer and administration issues closer.
• Create and implement a local people plan to support the business plan and aligned to the group people agenda
• Recruitment of management, and factory labour, to the approved budget and time frame, including contract labour
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, advise on people implications of business decisions and promote good employee relations
• Develop and deliver plan to maintain Saudisation levels in line with legal requirements
• Work with appropriate bodies e.g. government agencies, local colleges / universities to recruit and retain Saudis, and develop pipeline of trainees and employees to support sustained Saudisation
• Manage relationship with government authorities including VISA requirements
• Ensure a fit-for-purpose reward structure with effective compensation & benefits administration, demonstrating solid understanding of market and industry standards
• Ensure appropriate HR policies and procedures are in place, tailored to local requirements and aligned to global framework
• Manage HR systems, payroll and records
• Simplify, standardise and streamline administration processes
• Build a capable and effective HR team
• Coach and support managers on all aspects of people management activity
• Agree and fulfill training and development plans to approved budget and time frame
• Deliver organisation change and integration with the wider group
• Establish and implement employee induction program
