Responsibilities:
• Built IWS Initiative Management Pillar from Scratch. Developed Pillar core team and built their capability in their respective SWPs.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for identifying, planning and executing projects including new materials and product introductions for both Babycare and Femcare business Units.
• Lead quarterly ideas exploration workshops to identify opportunity areas and promote entrepreneurial mindset.
• Responsible for leading the initiative cycle at plant including complete manufacturing validation, complete supply chain readiness, validation to launch and continued production planning, oversee complete transition and finally close up with post-handover activities.
• Conduct daily meetings to drive priority and provide daily coaching to efectively manage all initiatives within the team.
• Responsible for Initiative execution leadership through demand accuracy verification, setting priorities for production and initiative teams to meet project deadlines.
• Lead weekly initiatives call with all stakeholders to track projects status and resolve issues followed by a weekly report including summary of the meetings.
• Responsible for validation of all factory systems (SAP, Enovia, MRP) and BOM of every product afected by the change coming with every project.
• Facilitate cross functional collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, SNO, Techpack, Market Initiative Leader, Packing Development, Quality, Artwork, Business, Demand, Production and Distribution Planners
• Develop and maintain documentation of every initiative including project charters, validation protocols and closeout documents.
• Lead Initiative department budgeting and site change dashboard to define and deploy the direction for the initiatives on site.
Achievements:
• Executed NSS Portfolio of 23 initiatives - largest number of projects executed by a plant within one fiscal year in the history of P&G.
• Completed 7 Business Continuity Projects within one quarter to manage multiple material runouts due to Pakistans severe Forex crisis.
• Executed 2 Mega Experimental Orders comprising of multiple opportunity projects for next fiscal year with a potential savings of 1$ per stat unit.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for quality of all Raw and Packaging Materials on site through eficient supplier systems health checks.
• Worked closely with third party service providers including artwork studios, printing analysts and packaging R&D to qualify local suppliers.
• Responsible for building local suppliers site capability through continuous visits and multiple audits to implement eficient quality systems leading to improvement in sustained material standards.
• Conduct bi-weekly calls with both local and international suppliers to monitor their performance through implementation of suppliers scorecards.
• Work on supplier investigations to identify root cause and implement eficient CAPAs (Corrective actions & Preventive actions) to ensure zero repeated complaints.
• Continuously monitor blocked and rejected inventory and work closely with manufacturing and warehouse teams to ensure no NPI (nonperforming inventory) buildup.
Achievements:
• Worked as a startup leader on Karachi Plants first material localization. Executed project end to end from auditing and qualifying supplier to validating the materials on manufacturing line.
• Successfully completed localization of primary and secondary materials for both Babycare and Femcare Pakistan.
• Resolved all local supplier QIs (Quality Incidents) and reduced them to zero.
• Successfully reduced Karachi Plants NPI (nonperforming inventory) to zero.
Responsibilities:
• Managed engineering spare parts inventory. Responsible for spare parts call ofs to remove obsolete spares the goal to achieve inventory reduction.
• Introduced eficient joint sourcing for plants to reduce inventory and lead times of critical spares.
• Introduced digitization in engineering store to improve 5S and parts retrieval time.
• Developed and improved AM/PM Plans according to WCM Methodology for machines to improve manufacturing KPIs.
• Responsible for maintenance planning and execution of Cargo lifts, MHEs, conveyor belts and outer facility areas.
• Responsible for managing sites engineering budget.
• Introduced digitization in utilities to identify and remove losses eficiently. Achievements:
• Implementation of AM/PM plans on machines resulting in reduction in Failure Rate from 10% to 7.5%

• De-risked Critical spares worth 20 Mn PKR to ensure business continuity through eficient joint sourcing.
• Deployment of Power BI dashboard for utilities (steam, air, water, electricity) for data visualization and analysis.
