My Job Functions as Front Desk are as follows:
• Serving the incoming Customers at the Counters.
• Receiving applications for New Entry permit, Renewal & Residency permit.
• Insure all received applications match the critical rules & regulations of the Free Zone Administration.
• Issuing NOCs and Salary certificates for the client's based on their request such as for (immigration, banks, RTA, Customs).
• Issuing invoices & receipt for all the transaction and handover it to the clients.
• Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, emails and handling queries appropriately.
• Acting as point of contact between back office, immigration and clients.
• Hand over all ready (passport, visa, letters, ID cards) to the customers at the counters.
• Direct the clients to the right channel to go with.
• Assuring quality.
My Job Functions as Back Office are as follows:
• Updating the status of Employment visa, cancellations and Entry permits.
• Establishment card follow up and updating the records in the system.
• Issue all type of card for all sponsored companies in DWCC like (work permit, Access pass and Contractor pass).
• Preparing letters for immigration departments such as (additional Quota request, change of profession in visa, Changing nationality).
• Answer inquires for all incoming customer.
• Follow up all relevant department policies & procedures.
• Recording & writing minutes of meeting.
