Joined the organization as a Graduate Accountant during COVID-19 and took part in training and development virtually to begin with. Linking with current and potential clients has allowed me to establish good relationships with individuals from a wide range of business backgrounds. Focused mainly on tax compliance for both individual and business taxpayers. Have also been actively participating in the efficiency forum at MJC Partners to help the organisation improve the way we offer our services to our clients.
Achievements:
• Actively participating in client meetings and demonstrating presentation and communication skills.
• Held leadership in the Graduate Efficiency forum which prepared procedures for improving efficacy within the organisation.
• Showcased listening and empathetic skills by understanding issues raised by various clients and helping them find the right solutions for them.
• Preparation of BASs, IASs, Payroll tax, and Management reports including budgets and forecasts in addition to individual and business tax.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of multiple different accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and Intuit QuickBooks.
Completed the Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a final GPA of 3.583 out of 4 and a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 81.65. Received the Dean's Honours for academic excellence by completing the degree with a WAM within the top 2 percentile.
