Roles & Responsibility:
• Customer Relationship Management
• Hardware Asset Management Via Service request for any update of CMDB for End user devices
• Weekly/Daily reports on Requests which has been performed on day to day activity
• Suggesting customer for Process improvement, Defining the process for them

Roles and responsibilities - Software asset management:
•Software Asset Management Day to day Operations activity i.e. Processing service Requests, Raising the purchase if required for any software, responds to user/supplier mail for any enquiry regarding his request/Invoice
•Review submitted software request tickets to ensure user has supplied sufficient data to process requests based on checklist
•Update system records to ensure linkage between software request ticket records in both systems
•Consolidate user’s non-standard/non-approved software request and enter ticket information into an spreadsheet
•Create monthly reports for requests to be sent to finance department.
•Forms review (Identify duplicates, wrong and missing information).
•Follow up with requestors about possible issues (wrong and missing information).
•Identify not approved software and send to sourcing team for review.
• Adding the SW title and manufacturer in the approved list of vendors and approved list of SW once sourcing team approved the request.
Roles and responsibilities - Hardware Asset Management:
•CMDB update like enter Entry/Deletion/Modification of IT assets through Web Based Asset Management Tool Remedy
•Updating on Asset Configuration Management Database.
•Taking care of Physical Inventory of Assets. Ensure successful PCA on every FY
•Ensuring AMC/Renewal of IT Assets at end of every FY
•Generating various reports / MIS as well taking care of Excel based reports
•Employee Clearance through PeopleSoft regarding possession of IT Assets
•Ensuring corporate insurance of each and every Capital IT Assets
•Release Management of assets/consumables
•Working on All India basis Asset related project such as AMC renewal of asset out of warranty/AMC across locations, PCA tracking for all locations, IDU (department) wise Budget updating for Capital IT asset purchase in EBS Finance etc.
•IT procurement:
•Raising the Purchase Requisitions for Hardware Items.
•Following up with vendors regarding purchase
•Ensure Domain wise purchase and budget
•Raising Purchase Orders for purchase through PS (F)
•Sound knowledge on Asset Bonding/De-Bonding, IUT Process
•Vendor Management :
•Vendor dealing regarding procurement of IT equipment’s
•Processing/Updating of Vendor Payment Tracker
•Generating Vendor Performance Report
•Evaluating Vendor quotations
•Consumable Management:
•Taking care of purchase and track of consumable Items like Laptop Battery, headphones, mouse etc.
•Managerial Effectiveness :
•Having sound knowledge on Managing Team with co-operation with other department.
•Implementing ITIL V3 process and policies while managing a group of people
•Ownership and effective decisions on Disaster Management

•Share monthly report to customer, license usage details
