Main Expertise:-
• Processing of orders received from customers and their after placing purchase orders, Coordinating delivery of orders and invoicing using Microsoft Navision Software.
• Acknowledging the quotation and purchase orders of the customers after a thorough review of the sales deal.
• Sending confirmed purchase orders to the supplier on the basis of the customer's enquiry.
• Follow up of the order delivery status from the supplier on bi weekly basis and monitoring the delays and updating the same to the customer.
• Coordinating with logistics for the prompt delivery of the materials.
• Addressing of the quantity/ technical discrepancies if any. Raising invoice and follow up of payments.
