Fit-up report and weld visual report.
Responsible for job distribution to the contractors.
Coordination with clients/consultants/subcontractors for execution of works.
Witnessing the Piping erection as per P& ID and isometric drawing, Site erection & quality monitoring, Generating punch list.
Pressure tests and Final reinstatement inspections for quality control.
Checking the installation and alignment of the pumps.
Preparation of daily and monthly progress reports.
Addressing quality related issue in weekly meeting with sub contractor.
Thickness calculation for the pipe.
Preparation of piping material specifications.
Basic Engineering for Gas and Petrochemical plant systems.
Cost Estimation and Engineering Coordination.
Witnessing the Pipeline installation as per P& ID and isometric drawing, Site erection & quality monitoring, Generating punch list.
Pressure tests and Final reinstatement inspections for quality control.
Checking the installation and alignment of the pumps.
Preparation of monthly progress reports.

Co-ordinating with civil, electrical, instrumentation & control departments for composite package.

Preparation of pipeline-GAD(General Arrangement Drawing)
To check out Fabrication of Spools at Fabrication yard.
Making Fit-up report and weld visual report.
Witnessing the Piping erection as per P& ID and isometric drawing, Site erection.
Thickness calculation for the pipe.
To check out correct material and their color coding.
