1- Translator and interpreter: I worked closely with Emirates NBD Group Board Members as the Board Translator. My assignment was to translate the board minutes and its Sub-Committees for all the group companies.
I was also responsible for translating all Emirates NBD Company Secretary Department correspondences with Regulators, internal and external Parties.


2- Project Manager: I managed and assisted in several projects at our Group including liaising between the Vendor and the Group, responding to Risk concerns and remedy them if required, setting roles and responsibilities for the staff that will be working with the application after going live in-light of the management directions and assisting Procurement and Reality Service Dept. in negotiating the contract with the vendor.

I was responsible for registering all the group TMs, Maintain and follow up the records for renewal.

4- Shareholders Relationship Officer:
I worked as a shareholder relationship officer to fulfill the following duties:
A) Send and receive correspondences from shareholder, Dubai Financial Market and other parties, and act upon them accordingly.
B) send disclosures to DFM and NASDAK regarding closed periods and other info.
C) Participate in fixing Annual General Meeting (Ordinary & Extra-Ordinary).
D) distribute dividends cheques on shareholders as per their standing instructions (by mail, deposit to accounts and hand delivery)
