- Prepare and track Procurement Plans

- Run and Control MRP for more than 3, 000 SKUs
- Preparing and following the Monthly Production Plan/Schedule (MPS)
- Lead forecast update process including forecast accuracy metrics
- Develop the S&OP Reports and communicate conclusions to stakeholders
- Inventory Control (Safety Stock, Re-Order Point, etc.)
- Release Purchase Requests to the Procurement Team
- Logistics Management (Supplier, Warehouse and Distribution Coordination)
- Set the QC priorities in a weekly basis

2) Run and Control MRP in a monthly basis and releasing PRs to purchasing
3) Preparing the next quarter plan
4) Preparing a monthly sequence
5) Continuous plant visits to assure that the production line doesn't have any obstacles and if any help them to solve it as early as possible
*Demand Planning Processes
1) Preparing Annual Shipping Budget.
2) Reporting shipping records/targets to the senior management.
3) Collaborating with sales department to validate the demand forecasts in the developed actions to avoid any shortages or redundancy in inventory.
4) Validating demand forecast with sales department
5) Resolving issue related to inventory shortage/redundancies
6)Conducting market studies pertaining market demand factors
7) Preparing and confirming demand plan with country managers
8) Monitoring budget; forecast vs. actual sales outcomes
