In-House Modification in Pasta Cartoning process from manual 40people/day to semi auto process 12 people/day. This modification request was refused by OEM, but by using in-house innovation we modified successfully
Restructured packing process for Kit items (contained multiple items in one box, like Cup Cake, Blueberry Cake, Cheese Cake etc.) from 100% off line manual process to semi-automatic on line process, resulted in significant savings in manpower, improved output, reduced risk of physical contamination, improved and better consistent packing quality
resulted in continuous and smooth operation, output increased by 20% which is reflected in improved productivity and significant reduction in cost per MT
