Handled Project of St, Regis hotel and resort ( 5 Towers ) as the project architect with typical activities such as :
- Negotiating with contractors and other professionals.
- Coordinating the work of contractors.
- Solving problems that might occur during building.
- Carrying out defect inspections.
- FF&E selections .
- OS&E reviewing .
- Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed timescale.
- Provides finish selections including color palettes, carpet and wall finishes, lighting and other various interior selections.
- Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines.
- Producing detailed co-ordinated drawings from design drawings.

Handled project of Residential Buildings ( High Rise Towers )for Commodore Contracting in Abu Dhabi - U.A.E as Architect Engineer in Technical Department for workshop Drawings, Solving the Architectural Problems which may face the projects staff and doing weekly visit to check the projects and making the weekly reports about the projects progression .

Handled project of The Palm Island Villas, Jumeirah for K.E.O International Consultants in Dubai - U.A.E as Freelance Architect For Solving the Architecture Problems may face the Contractors and Sub-Contractors And make sure that the Finishes are done according to NAKHEEL & HILL International Specifications .

• Handled project of Five stars Hotel in Sharjah - U.A.E as a Site Engineer ( Project Manager ) For the main contractor and owner Engineer also.. and I was the only responsible for the quality control, project planning, co-ordination between the sub-contractors, choosing the finishing materials, dealing with the suppliers, making the workshop drawings, making interior designs for the rooms and apartments, quantity surveying, cost estimating and preparing the daily report to my company .

• Handled project of Residential Buildings in Dubai marina for Diamond Investment in Dubai - U.A.E as a site Owner Engineer I go there on weekly visit to check the project and making the weekly report about the project progression .

• Handled project of Arabia Gas Natural Gas Fuel Station in Abbas El Akad with CTIP oil and gas dev. ITALY - in Cairo as a site engineer I was responsible for the whole project for structural and architectural work beside co-ordination with Ctip mechanical engineers for the mechanical work in the project and give daily report with the job progression .
