My experience in food ingredients sector began from
- accountant in Light food co
- then local sales manager for Egypt market only for distribute
stabilizers mainly pectin sense 2003 with Citrico pectin, Cargill,
Danisco and now Andre Pectin
- Then be supply chain and import manager for both Light food and
Andre ingredients M.E. this gave me direct contacts with our
suppliers and support for negotiate in technical issues, develop new
products available with our suppliers, search for new suppliers to
maximize our product list portfolio
- Then now regional sales manager for both Light food co and Andre
ingredients M.E. Responsibilities:
*- Local sales manager with team from 4 representatives for sales
and collections.
*- Export manager for export pectin to Syria, Jordan, KSA, Sudan
, Libya, Tunis, morocco with Egyptian origin
*- regional sales manager for Andre ingredients M.E. co which is
based in UAE. But we handle from Egypt
my responsibility to sales, negotiate and handle direct shipments from
our supplier ( Andre Group) to our customers ( Chinese origin )

Based in Ras Al Khaimah - UAE we handle all tasks from Egypt.
Main distributer for Andre Group for Pectin and Apple juice concentrate
in middle east, north and middle Africa, GCC and Latin
Main objectives :-
*- serve our customers to present the suitable ingredients for achieve target
application mainly for Jam, beverage and jelly
With technical support if required mainly for Pectin use applications
*- search and develop new projects with outbox thinking according to
markets requirements with our customers R&D departments.
*- search for new ingredients to open new markets for maximize our
market share and profit margin.
*- open new markets in several application to extend our market share
Main products we are focusing on
**- Stabilizer ingredients like.
Pectin ( HM and LM ) - ( Apple and Citrus )
Main distributer for Andre Pectin sense 2009 for MENA, GCC
Also we distribute Danisco pectin for several applications
( Xanthan gum, Gellan gum, CMC)
**- Emulsifier ingredients like :
( glyceride mono stearate, Dimodan Danisco, PGPR, PGE)
**- Acidifier and antioxidant ingredients like
( Citric acid, Ascorbic acid, TBHQ, BHT, Phosphoric acid )
**- Natural colors :
( Beta carotin ( oily - water soluble ) BASF and DSM, Carmine WS
Annatto WS, Caramel)
**- another ingredients:
(Apple juice concentrate, SMP, dextrose, Natamax, Nisin )
*- my experience support me to trade and achieve win-win situation in
market with our competitors and traders to serve our customers with
another ingredients I don’t have in our portfolio under Light Food
umbrella.
