• Conducting and overseeing the processing of money transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations

• Establish and enforce quality control standards to ensure that ice cream products meet specifications and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for employees and prevent accidents or injuries
• Supervise production staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management, to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and negotiate favorable terms to minimize costs and optimize supply chain efficiency
