Job Description: Analyzing local market trends and competitor activities to generate new business
for the hotel and maintain existing business relationships. Developing customer accounts to drive
business and to increase customer share in all revenue streams. Negotiating rooms rates/packages
with clients and preparing company contracts for the hotel in accordance with the current business
and pricing conditions. Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential
opportunities. Building strong comprehensive sales programs. Attending sales events as required.
Making of accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the Sales Director and Senior
Management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads. Answering
customer queries and maintain good personalized relationship with clients.

Job Description: Processing guest arrivals and departures, including payments, Handle room
assignments and pre-arrivals, Upsell promotions for extra revenue by offering hotel outlets &
promotions, Offering assistance to the guest and handling their requests, Escorting guest, Dealing
with complaining guest, Answering telephones, Lobby assistance, Assists with check-In and Check-
out of groups, Assisting other departments as required. Continuous Top Up
Job Description: Supervising reception operations to ensure consistently delivered exceptional
service to guests, interacts with guests and contributes to the first impression of guests. Supervising
accurate and efficient reception operation including check-in/out procedures, Supporting Team
members in handling guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome. Conducting the
briefing and briefs the team on any events or VIP guests in the hotel on daily basis.
