• Prepare daily and monthly Sales reports, Product sales and Z reads.
• Planning and executing solutions to improve brand performance.
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry researching and analyzing sales options.
• Assist customers and insure they are comfortable and satisfied.
• Responsible for cash register, issuing transactions orders and depositing cash in the relevant bank account.
• Provide coverage as brand ambassador to special events. (Longchamp, Delsey, Kipling, L’Oréal, Fratelli Rossetti.
-Develop the communication strategy to specific events.
-Copy write E-mails, power-point presentations, PDF files for sponsorship packages, and quotations for selected clients.
-Communicate with Marketing departments, CEO's, and recruit them as clients.
Event Based work.
-Redesign Company Logo, Company Profile, and Company website.
-Taking photos and retouching and converting photos to ads.
-Managing company websites (including sister company) and social media presence.
Duties, responsibilities and achievements:
• Following staff attendance and shift coordination between staff members.
• Developing action plans for increasing sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction…
• Plan floor outing and birthday coordination between managers, staff members and other parties.
• Assisted the implementation of ABC fashion show, in addition to, contesting in two fashion shows and came out as second best outfit designer. And currently working on new fashion show idea, which will increase customer engagement.
• Provide training for new joiners -Champion- (selling technique, brand knowledge…).
• Deal with customers and direct them the needed items using advanced selling technique.
• Responsible for cash register and issuing transactions orders.
• Providing AM shift huddle (morning meeting between all departments).
• Conducted 2 staff studies that evolved surveying more than 150 staff members across Achrafieh and Verdun and conducting interviews with management.
• Employee of the quarter (3 months) and 2nd runner up for employee of the year
• Birthday parties and engagement events coordination between hosts, customers, and 3rd parties-suppliers (bakeries, flower shops, gifts, and balloon suppliers).
• Provide exceptional customer service to the guests and coordinating communication between customers and kitchen (order, timing).
• Insuring sushi bar cleanliness and design.
• Following up with rush hour support staff.
