Managing all HR related activities within the company locations across Iraq.
Manage all Human resource and Administration activities in center and south of Iraq company's locations
Managing all HR related and Adminstration duties
Managing the training function starting from the need assessment ending with the implementation of the trainings then getting the feedback from the participants.
Managing the recruitment process with all details i.g; writing JDs, announcement, Interviews, Selecting, Orientation.
Managing all Events took place in the South Central Region of Iraq (Include the following; Hilla, Diwaniya, Karbala, Najaf, Semawa, and Wassit).
the Events includes; Conferences, Workshops, Consultancies, and meeting. my main duties was coordinating with all departments to provide needed support to make the event successful. in addition to other tasks like translation of official documents, interpretation for the official meeting and staff meetings, and also capturing the main points of the staff meeting and write the minute for distribution.
