Supervising a Tier-1 management consultant of a globally-recognized academic medical center based in Riyadh, which is undergoing a ground-breaking strategic transformation that targets governance, financial sustainability, culture & leadership, core business strategy, financial restructuring, customer experience, and revenue cycle management.
Also responsible for establishing a business process management framework and mechanism within the Royal Commission end-to-end, from requirements gathering to request-for-proposal creation, tendering, and execution.
Spearheaded the development of an integrated cross-platform corporate mobile app that allows users to remotely perform mission-critical tasks such as procurement approvals, sales approvals, and HR self-service requests. Administered the development of business intelligence tools to provide 25+ executive and operational dashboards promoting data-driven decision-making across procurement, finance, sales, marketing, customer service, and HR. Deployed performance measurement metrics, including KPIs and SLAs with multiple stakeholders’ buy-in. Interfaced with various functional groups developing standard procedures and implementing best practice policies.
Actively managed the P&L of 9 companies, released monthly, totaling a turnover of approx. SAR 600M annually. Acted as the Cief of Staff to the Chairman and General Managers of the Khayyat Group, providing advisory services and assisting in key strategic business decisions. Transformed the centralized finance function as Technology Advisor and Group CFO with a total of 35 direct and indirect reports with a focus on delivering value using in-depth financial analysis and leveraging digital solutions. Directed a bank-to-bank payment system integration with Oracle Accounts Payable module allowing approved payments on Oracle to be paid automatically without any manual intervention.
Project manager for a team of up to 6 management consultants depending on the assignment, undertaking over a dozen separate projects with major clients from across the Kingdom involving policies and procedures creation, organization restructuring, systems implementation quality assurance, and process re-engineering.
