• Conduct all preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, repair, and perform service of SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation and process analyzers.
• Perform and document process instrumentation verification and calibration.
Perform I/O loop testing, and wire tracing and identification.
• Conduct work and interact with clients in a professional, conscientious, and sensitive manner.
• Ensures SCADA and automatic process control systems are available, secure and functioning at optimal levels, reviews and responds to hardware, communication, and application failures, manages data recovery activities.
• Prepared maintenance plan for the team to be carried out.
• To assist the SCADA Head during troubleshooting for RO Plant, STP plant and Borewell.
• SCADA users support.
- Installation and Commissioning of 110kv, 380kv ABB and SIEMENS Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS).
- Check dew point inside VT, breaker and bus bar.
- Termination and testing of protection and cubicle panels of substation.
- Level detector, motor operated valve (mov), flow meter, pressure meter and temperature controller.
- Termination of all DCS and Tele Communication panels.
- Termination and Testing of all control, instrumentations and power cables of Low Voltage Switchgear, Medium Voltage Switchgear, 7.8MW Motor Starter, Generator, Cooling Water System, Pump House, Air Compressors, HVAC and Power Transformer from 0.75mm to 300mm.
- Monitoring of 7.8 MW motors operation through DCS.
- Monitoring pressure of 6 bar at inlet surge vessels and 90 bar at outlet surge vessels.
- Supervise cable laying, dressing and termination
- Supervise fixing of cable tray and cable ladder.
Arrange preventive maintenance program.
Look after all electrical system trough PLC based SCADA system
Supervise Maintenance of 300 kv generators, VCB, 11 kv sub stations and lighting system.
Monitor the tunnel and all elector mechanical facility through CCTV.
Manage staff in shift.
Immidiate take action in case of emergency e.g fire and road accident inside tunnel by sending nursing, recovery, fire fighting staff and petrolling staff and inform higher management of Operation manager and NHA ( National highway authority).
Maintenance of Bleaching, sunforazing, dyeing stenter, finishing steneter, thermasole and calanlder machines.
