Controlling and organizing all areas in all outlets of the resort, regarding, Security, F&B outlets, Pools areas, Front office, Housekeeping, Human resources and accounting, coordinating with Heads of departments.

Preparing action and training plans fro the pre-opening and soft opening phase
Preparing and observing the received items regarding OS&E.
Connecting with the construction company regarding any ideas for In Room Dining floor plan, and operations.
Revising In Room Dining menu with Executive chef.
Connecting with the Food and Beverage manager regarding all In Room Dining concerns, sequence of service, in&out process, beverage list..etc.
Conduct daily meeting with staff regarding new information and updates.
Ensure effective communications between all shifts and all colleagues.
Observing the timeliness, accuracy, quality, cleanliness of amenity process

My role: To observe and control all events and catering process..
Main duties:
Plan menus according to specific interests of the customers and provide them with a feasibility report
• Make suggestions as to which food and beverage items will best suit the type of event being arranged
• Train internal staff to handle the varying food and beverage needs of events
• Arrange for sufficient tables, chairs and dishware according to the number of guests
• Plan catering staff schedules and ensure that enough personnel are available for each event
• Monitor the quality of food items and beverages and ensure that sufficient amount of both is available during events
• Maintain stock levels and inventory and indulge in buying / procurement activities
• Monitor refilling of food items on buffet tables and refilling of drinks
• Respond to customers’ complaints and / or suggestions in a positive manner

10 Attending management meetings.
11 Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports.
12 Making business forecasting regarding revenues and budgets.
B/ A Hotel management from Al Hussein Bin Tala university in Jordan. Graduated in 2008.
