•Quantities take off from the shop drawing.
•Verification & monitoring of Purchase Requisition (PR) qty for ordering & if any variation involved intimating to the Project.
•Budget Tracking and controlling the budget to meet the material cost in positive.
•Verification of sub contractor claimed qty and certification of the qty as per shop drawing, for further processing of the sub contractor payment certificate.
•Updating the material expense project wise on monthly basis and maintaining the budget vs. material expenses.
•Preparation of cost control report as per the proforma required by the management.
•Preparation of Monthly Progress Report as per the proforma required by the management.
•Preparation of Bill of Quantity.
•Preparation of CTC.
•Identify and collect the costs involved in order developing an overall budget for any project.
•Verification of the local purchase order (LPO).
•Verification of Work done claim submitted to consultant as per site condition & certification of the work done for preparation of P&L statement.
•Finalizing the sub-contractor for allotted work within LRA budget.
•Finalizing & approving the hire labour bills. Checking the approved attendance sheet with supplier invoice. Making reduction accordingly.Finalizing the labour supplier if required.
•Verifying the final CTC providing our comment if any. Coordinate with planning engineer for any correction in CTC and making correct according to issued order.
•Preparing the material break up detail for supplier invoice & measurement details for subcontractor bills wherever required & forward to account team for further processing.
•Verifying the LRA with monthly wages statement, if any issue intimate to the project planning team to make correction.
•Material ordering as per the shop drawing & site execution plan.
•Work progress review as per the plan for the progress and corrective action for changes if any.
•Assigning daily / weekly targets for the manpower and guiding them to successfully complete the projects.
•Ensure client satisfaction by achieving the quality of work and timely completion.
•Quote to New items, Additional work, Modification work and finalizing of variation order.
•Revenue Collection to attain the targets.
•Testing & commissioning successfully handing over the project, as per the plan.
•Preparation & submission of O & M manual, warranty letter and commercial closing.
•Reconciliation on the materials.
•Certifying Sub-contractor work done bill as per site erection.
•Certifying the supplier invoice as per the material supplied.
•Execution of Project Operations.
•Reviewing shop drawing & site execution plan.
•Handling the Sub Contractors & Labours.
•Submitting the daily work progress report.
•Plan to complete the work in a given target date.
