• I am performing Social Compliance audit for factories as per client requirements to get them pass through certification such as SEDEX, WRAP, ISO, SA8000, C-TPAT, SCAN, GOTS, OEKOTEX and brands like GAPINC, NAUTICA, NEXT, DECATHLON, HARLEY DAVIDSON, HUGO BOSS, KOHL's, TOMMY, KMART, SKETCHERS, KONTOOR, AUCKLEY.
• And also providing Legal literacy training, fire safety training, COC training, PACE, POSH and WCP to the employees
• And also provide remediation, corrective action plan follow-up, supplier chain management, updating of local regulations and buyer requirements, supplier performance review meeting and as well as attending buyers virtual and personnel training.
