June 2009 to Oct 2013- SR Executive-HR
Responsible for HR level communication.
• Coordinating HR functions such as, Attendance, reimbursements.
• Arranging Interview Calls. Screening, short listing & sourcing.
• Administer Timesheets/Time-tracking for attendance and leave of the employees.
• Maintaining staff leaves record, time keeping register, Salary Admn, Bonus etc as per the norms.
• Prepare inputs for payrolls of all the Permanent & Temporary Employees.
• Contract labour management & Manpower Planning; supervise Labour contract operation in Office/work shop.
• Responsibility of maintain registers and records as per Labour Act.
• PF administration, Settlement of Insurance claim,
• Submission of returns as per applicable Act.
• Settlement of labour payment dispute, Full & Final separation,
• Responsibility of keeping the updated records related to administration.
• Maintain the company equipment- RTO formalities.
• Responsibility of medical test & Periodical Health Check-up of all employees,
• Responsibility of new arrivals and arrangement of induction training and site inductions.
* Dealing with all Govt Correspondence. Like: Labour Office, SP Office etc.
* Attend Campus selection of institution and Engineering Colleges.
* Employee performance appraisal, probation, confirmation, termination etc.
* Maintaining all personal files, master data.
* Handling Vehicles of the company
* Transportation management, hotel booking/ Guest house hiring/ canteen and pantry administration, procurement and printing stationary.
* Ensuring adherence to travel authorization procedure for settlement of travel bills.
* Liaison with government authority.
* Dealing with HR Clearance (which includes salary, PF, ESI, WC Policy, Labour Licence, Gate Pass for all the sub-contractors as well as for the company)

* Preparation of documents for Employment, Project & Business Visa Extension till the extension approved from MHA and endorsement on the Passport.


General Administration/Back Office Operations
• Handling overall Office Administration functions, procurement of office material, Office Automation.
• Preparing and maintaining relevant documents such as letters, notices and reports.
• Managing fax related operations.
