Give an oversight support to the site operation manager in supervising the overall day to day response activities through an elaboration of a daily schedule for vehicle request, refueling and maintenance. .Monitor the daily activities of SDB/FM staffs to ensure that they perform their role effectively through structures that are in place.

Key achievements

 Ensure effective communication and coordination within fleet management team.

 Prepare a structural supply chain management of spears and ensure that there is quality quantitative and qualitative monitoring of all supplies. 

Actively participated in the designing and implementation of capacity building of other fleet staffs. 

Do a proper monitoring on the usage of fuel and vehicles through a daily millage comparison tracking vehicle daily request. 

Responsible for the negotiation, drafting and monitoring of contracts, agreements and other project documents to meet organization operational needs; and oversaw the daily operation of the fleet management department. 

Prepare weekly fuel liquidation report and vehicles millage comparison report. 

Attend situation update meeting and prepare minute on meetings attended.  Work closely with the District Health Management fleet team to help build up their capacity on fleet management.
