In this Position as an officer in procurement department I had the opportunity to gain experience in;
Handling Closed Tenders from scratch.
Comparing offers and making sure to gain the best out of them through out an internal system that helps in publishing a comparison reports.
Making sure to have an equal quotations in all aspects in order to have a fair comparison when it comes in making decisions
In this position as a voluntary work, I had the opportunity to gain the experience in:
Being a member in the higher committee in organizing Rallies from Scratch.
Managing and Training the Time Marshal Team which consist of 150 Person and distributing them in the stages of the Rally event.
Coordinating between the Time Marshal Team and other teams during the Rally in order to assure the success of the Rally event.
In this position as an assistant in procurement department, I had the opportunity to gain the experience in:
Enhancing my communication skills especially in negotiation when it comes in requesting the best offer with the best value.
Following up with the vendors to make sure to have a proper delivery in all aspects.
In this position as a voluntary work, I had the opportunity to gain the experience in:
Being a member in the higher committee in organizing Rallies from Scratch.
Making researches for possible solutions to enhance tourism sector in Jordan.
