Having spent close to fifteen years in the hospitality industry and had the pleasure of learning from world class hoteliers I find I have reached the stage in my
career where the genuine importance of our profession has been clarified. From exposure to Quality Management Techniques and assisted by my personal qualities, I feel a strong desire for new challenges within a new environment. Guest satisfaction and loyalty, employee retention and commitment to owners and or owning companies remain the goal of any true professional.
I have benefited from our industry with travel, introduction to new cultures and cuisines, due to dedication and loyalty to the companies that I worked with.
Having grown within international luxury hotels properties, to the present day, with my experience, I feel I would be an asset to your company and would like to be considered for a position of Executive Chef.
