Security Manager
From day one I started to build safety organization and update accidents records, official logbooks and KPIs statistics.
Create safety awareness sessions in coordination with my team. Build good relationship with labor office and governmental HSE inspection office.
Establish security organization and train / support all security department personnel and held security session for all employees and contractors to enhance security awareness among them and held security drills in coordination with security authorities.
In order to get the official approval for the terminal to be complied with international ship and port facility Security code (ISPS), I have been responsible for the coordination with the designate authorities to make the risk assessment and put the security plan for the terminal according to ISPS code
I built respectful relation ship based on mutual trustiness and honest with all heads of national security authorities (port police, immigration, state security, general police, general intelligence, coast guard intelligence and coast guard forces) to run all daily tasks of security department and exchange different kinds of security information
In the field of communications, I have opened continuous links with all internal / external costumers which help in selling my security services in a good way and anticipating problems before arising.
I produced and implemented security SOPs and security procedures according to national rules and in line with the organization guidelines / policies.
During the last three years I had represented the company in the 1st safety workshop held in china by APMT and 1st Annual Maritime Security conference held in Dubai and the 2nd annual Maritime Security conference as a speaker.
