- Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and
supporting a company's computer systems. Designs and installs

Manage user accounts and groups, prepare backup and restore plan,
customize Vendor and customer Portal, Design templates and
reports, Audit deployed solution and standard documentation,
prepare training for all users and 1st line of support.
- Responsible for purchase Software license and hardware devices,
investigate and subscript on the best IT solution provider (ISP,
Domain, Host, …etc), monitoring renewal date, prepare IT cost
Report monthly.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and
availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key
processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying
completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
- Support& Administrate around 300 machines.
- Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware,
peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in
accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
- Prepare& configure machines for new comers& Projects using WDS.
- Specify, implement, install and configure new third party business
applications to ensure that the product meets the needs of the
service area.
