Role:
• Served as a key resource person in up-gradation process of PeopleSoft in US
• Monitored the recruitment life cycle of recruitment including multi-channel sourcing, screening, qualifying, closure, negotiation, offer extension, updates about compensation & benefits and career opportunities within the organization

• Executed the training programs on Oracle PeopleSoft ESS and MSS
• Developed more efficient HR processes with Excel & Macros to improve the accuracy and reduce the time

o Employee and executive development programs like CDP and PDP, R&R system
o Gratuity schemes and periodical health check-up for employees
o Milestone payment to control attrition rate
• Actively involved in calculating the actuarial valuation, salary budgeting, handling employee satisfaction surveys, exit analysis, etc.
• Successfully participated in up-gradation process of Oracle PeopleSoft HRMS from 8.9 to 9.2 version and travelled to US thrice for executing the same with US team members
• Recognized for the efforts and nominated as talent relationship manager for talent pool members
• Played a pivotal role in creating a toolkit for understanding the disciplinary process and ensuring closure of cases related to misconduct & gross inefficiency by setting-up enquiry, if required
