Analysis of age wise invoice status and follow up on the payments based on their due/overdue.
Preparation of MIS to Business Head and constant follow up on the approvals for the payment
Collect and Scrutiny of related documents of credit customers like Trade License, Passport copies of the Local Sponsor and authorized signatories etc., to enable to fix the credit amount and retrieve whenever necessary.
Visit the Customer and assess customer capacity, market strength and their reliability.
Check and Asses the credit enhancement requests from the Sales Man and inform the status to the General Manager and the Finance Manager.
Conduct monthly periodical meetings with the Concerned Sales Team along with department head and Finance Manager to discuss about the outstanding status of Customers, Collection progress and follow up of Credit enhancement.
If there is any Back log or long outstanding or lapse in collection, to be reported to the General Manager and Finance Manager immediately and ensure proper action been taken.
Check and control all the customers who needs credit limit enhancements where the payments are in order.
Control the invoicing to a customer whose limit exceeds the approved value and arrange for temporary immediate invoicing.
Co-ordinate with accounts department for Customer Account Creation and Cancellation.
Co-ordinate with the Central ETA Collection Department to obtain any kind of positive or negative update about the customers whenever required.
Update market knowledge about the customer and his status.
To Co-ordinate with IT Department for any kind of System developments and updates whenever required.
In case of Cheque dishonor, inform the concerned department head along with the sales team to arrange for immediate recovery and reassess the credit worthiness of the customer.
Check and Co-ordinate with accounts department to avoid any duplication of Customer Codes
