Team Management (5 team members)
Member of the team of eight members that is supporting a multi-million CHF portfolio (one of the largest across IT) delivering on key regulatory front to back programs critical to the bank's compliance with regulator mandate.
Responsibilities
Financial Management: :
- Support the Project Managers to ensure effective financial management and control is in place for the project
- Planned vs. actuals reconciliation in CA Clarity™ PPM
- Audit time booked against the project
- Resource allocation and planning in CA Clarity™ PPM / MS Excel
Governance/Quality Management: :
- Ensure readiness for various reviews/audits by ensuring relevant documentation exists and is complete
- Follow up on any obligations and monitor/track progress of any associated action items
- Release note preparations, setting up of meetings, meeting minutes
- Deputy for project managers in meeting management and moderation
Resource Management:
- Follow up with booking managers w.r.t. resource allocation, incorrect assignments etc.
- Role creation and maintenance in CA Clarity™ PPM
Communications Management:
- Support project managers in communicating project progress and ensuring that all project reporting data is up-to-date and validated
- Recording meeting minutes, associated actions and their owners
- SharePoint maintenance and development
Risk Management:
- Work with the project team to identify, analyse and document risks
- Follow up with risk owner on response type, trigger dates, etc.
Dependency Management:
- Drive standardization and consistency in the identification, recording and tracking of dependencies
Delivery:
- CA Clarity™ PPM Annual budget plan, monthly cost plan
- PRB artifacts and documentation maintained
- CA Clarity™ PPM monthly Project Status report
- Achievements / Exception Reporting
- CA Clarity™ PPM RAID log updated
Comarch ERP Altum/Retail - deployment, analysis of customer needs, maintenance.
Presentations and technical trainings for clients and co-workers, administration of servers and software (MS SQL Server, MS Sharepoint platform, Hyper-V and others).
Performing tests, creating documentation, release management, analyzing projects of new functionalities.
Support, training, sales management.
