Lead store talent acquisition, partnership with Recruiting Department Ensure proper scheduling of doctors and OD Calendar completed within compliance Effectively schedule retail associates for the needs of the business. Ensure proper lab production Train and develop sales associates while utilizing the sales process enforcing compliance with Company standards and execution of training programs and roleplaying. Develop and strengthen associates via weekly Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) meetings. Compliance of scheduled training for all associates, including self. Discipline and/or terminate associates when necessary. Ensure all communication from the retail Support Center is effectively communicated to all associates within location Communicates effectively with the Support Center to coordinate any facility and maintenance issues. Provide quality product merchandising by complying with inventory count schedules, maintaining and organizing back stock, and requesting necessary products for business needs to maximize sales. Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals
Accountability for sales, operations and management of profitability of 17 retail stores in Czech republic and Slovakia. Using the company reporting portal to analyze store performance and KPIs. Review sales results and proactively manages the business to meet sales targets. Fully accountable for managing a training department, manages retail trainers Creating training content and plans for staff development Lead, coach and motivate a team of 17 store managers and their teams (130+employees in total) Following legal requirements and regulations, full accountability for new stores opening, licensing process and recruiting Active search (headhunting) for specialist roles(Optometrists and Dispensing opticians within country and also abroad) Develops and implement the overall operational strategy of the business. Develops and implements operational policies and procedures. Creates and implements operational strategies to drive the productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction of all stores. Recruiting process for retail and non retail positions Managing HR and Marketing department Preparing budget forecasting with financial department
Identifying training needs within an optical outlets in country, creating training strategy, training materials Delivering required training to staff members (Optometrists, Sales assistants, Ophthalmologists and Store managers) Validating an efficiency of training, creating sales standards and role manuals Measuring an impact of training delivered through reporting systems by monitoring KPIs development Leading, motivating and coaching a retail staff members, building and keeping professional relationships Monitoring competitors activity, products, promotions Monitoring customers feedback and complaints Creating procedures to ensure a high level of customers service is being delivered at all time
