Arrange rental equipment like BOP, generators, STP, gas tanks etc.
Engineering and Modifications on Jackup Rigs:
PD calculations, head loss calculations, stress analysis, strength analysis.
FEA analysis, HAZ calculations, structural analysis, stability calculations.
Coordinate repairs of drawworks, crown block, TDS, mud pumps, engines.
Conduct Engineering RISK analysis, equipment selection.
Arrange crane load tests, LSA inspections and other related rig inspections.
Arrange shipyard and dry docks for surveys and repairs.
Design and acquire approval from class on major hull and machinery repairs.
Supervise fabrication and construction of hull, machinery, cranes, and pipelines.
Test and commission the system and act as technical lead during repairs.

Rig moves and seabed surveys:
Manage rig moves, tugs, location approvals, MWS, RMPs, CoA permits.

Organize positioning equipment, personnel and surveys for subsea activity.
Maintenance and Logistics:
Ensure critical parts available in stock at the onshore warehouse.
Maintain a stock of consumable as the Min / Max level.
Organize third party technicians, TPIs, mechanics to conduct complex repairs.
Select foundation, support, spring support, thrust blocks for piping.
Initiate, supervise, complete welding projects on offshore production platform.
Supervise installation of subsea cables to deep water pumps and its termination.
Disassemble, repair and paint corroded members and pipelines.
Cut, renew, braze copper tubing and flush the system before function test.
Organize third party technicians, TPIs, mechanics to conduct complex repairs.
Arrange ESDVs, MOV, dump valves, preload valves, fittings etc.
Engineering:
Conduct FEA analysis, layout design for underground piping, HDP piping.
Arrange NDT, review reports and propose new engineering design.
Review and approve piping drawings, schematics, isometrics, 3D drawings.
Approve block division plan, layout plan, and supervise the completion.
Install fire & gas detection system, deluge system, fifi system.
Project Planning:
Propose repair and modification plan to client for review and approval.
Ensure work at site is on schedule and all deliverable are met.
Acquire class approvals on method statements, repair plan, after completion.
Propose plan for new lift boat design and make procurement plans.
Made ITP and supervised the completion of equipment integration.
Bidding and Tender:
Defined SOW, raise RFQs, compile proposals and finalize contract awards.
Made comparison statements of feasibilities.
Negotiated payments, DLP, performance bonds, LDs, subrogation etc.
Inspections:
Performed mechanical and metallurgical inspection of materials.
Reviewed and approved drawings, site inspections, ITPs, Method statements.
Designed and supervised installation of rain water harvest for 128 sites.
Coordinate and complete installation of LGS on 56 sites and ensure quality.
Manage crew changes, certifications & trainings such as Tbosiet, COC, Flag CEC, HLO, HERTM, ERTM,
Acquire vessel certifications like class certification, flag registry, IAPP, IOPP, tonnage certificate, ISM, DOC, SOPEP, load line etc.
Design, plan, organize, supervise and complete offshore jobs on live platforms and jackups
Provide technical approvals and reports to procurement team / strategy and reporting department
Ensure safe working environment by using safety tools such as TRIC, TBTs, TRAs, LOTO, STOP, PTW, JSAs
