Job description:
• Provide expertise in executing the construction strategy and deliver trustworthy advice to influential the project progress.
• Being responsible for high quality delivery on a client assignment.
• Manage the project development from initiation to closure.
• Use critical thinking capabilities to solve the site problems.
• Work with the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders to complete the Project Charter outlining the scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
• Lead, coach and motivate the project team members on a proactive basis, managing day to day the operations of the projects within the scope, budget and timelines.
• Communicate the project status to the sponsor and all stakeholders; monitor the risks and the project issues as appropriate.
• Ensure team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback.
• Continuously seek opportunities to increase the customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Creates and maintains project/program documentations such as reporting, meeting minutes, status updates project plans and timelines to manage project/program components and deliverables.

Project: Tower 22 (33 floors) in Viva Bahriya
Budget: 65 million dollars
Job description: executing all activities related to steel and
concreting works, post tension works, pilling works, foundations
and raft works, masonry, plastering and painting works, tiling and
ceiling works, managing the activities as per planned baseline
schedule and as per cost plan.
Project: Infrastructure Priority Package- Qatar Foundation
Budget: 150 million dollars
Job description: laying of Asphalt surfaces, Micro tunneling works,
installing of all mechanical pipes (ESVC and GRP types), laying
of QTEL and fiber optics pipes, installing of kerbstones and
interlock tiles, laying of electrical cables with Kahramaa,
construction of all types of manholes and chambers, horizontal
drilling works in rocks, construction of a pumping station with
depth 12m below sea level, construction of a retention pond which
has a 7500 m2 surface, managing the activities as per planned
baseline schedule and as per cost plan.

elements, installation of precast slabs and beams, monumental
